Walker McIntosh, Jr., widower of Wanda Brokaw McIntosh and the son of the late Walker McIntosh, Sr. and Dora Bell Chandler was born in Lee County, Kentucky on July 13, 1931 and departed this life at his home in Beattyville, Kentucky on December 16, 2023 at the age of 92 years, 5 months, and 3 days. He was a retired road worker for the Kentucky State Highway.
Mr. McIntosh is survived by six children, Susan Holland and Linda King both of Beattyville, Tim McIntosh of Owenton, Kentucky, Pam Terry of Booneville, Kentucky, Ronnie McIntosh of Ringold, Louisiana, and Daniel McIntosh of Beattyville; 12 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; five brothers and sisters, Grace Guthrey and Carl McIntosh both of Beattyville, Glen McIntosh of Ohio, Christine Miles of Virginia, and Emma Rae Watkins of Beattyville; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 1 PM on Friday, December 22, 2023 at Widecreek Community Church with Bro. Jeff Hobbs officiating.
